| Great fireworks don't light themselves. We need you to light the way! You have enjoyed an amazing 4th of July fireworks celebration over the years thanks to the hard work of the Punta Gorda Kiwanis Club. Now the tradition continues with the dynamic partnership of Smugglers Restaurants and Bars and Main Street Punta Gorda. Help us bring you a great show by doing the following: Send us a donation to help us cover the cost. Mail a $5, $10 or $20 dollar donation to: Main Street Punta Gorda 326 West Marion Ave., Punta Gorda, FL 33950 for the fireworks. Come to our blowout celebration on July 4th at Laishley Park from noon through the fireworks. Live music, fun things for the kids to do, food and a great place to enjoy the fireworks. Enjoy the day while appreciating the bigger picture. The amazing freedom we enjoy in America comes from our brave ancestors who, through their courageous acts, brought us our cherished democracy. |
